The AusIMM 2010
Remuneration and Employment Survey Report provides a comprehensive report on
remuneration trends, work practices, job preferences and attitudes towards
changes in the workplace, as indicated by professionals in the minerals sector.
The study has been carried out annually since 2007 and longitudinal analysis is
conducted in comparison to other years. This report addresses salaries and
conditions up to end 2010, taking into account impacts of global uncertainty in
the preceding year. This includes some interesting findings on how overall
confidence in the sector during 2010 has impacted employment trends and
professional choices.
The findings of this
