Sustainable Mining 2010 invites you to support this event via sponsorship of the various conference elements. The Conference is currently seeking support under the follow categories:
Principal Sponsorship
Principal level sponsorship will provide your organisation with unrivalled exposure before, during and after the event.
Entitlements:
Pre-Conference
- Prominent acknowledgement in all pre-conference publicity.
- Prominent logo placement on all promotional material including an advertisement in the final program and proceedings – the Principal Sponsors are second only to the Conference title and AusIMM logo in prominence of position.
- Hyperlink from the official Conference website with your corporate logo featured on the open page.
During Conference
- Acknowledgement of sponsor status at the official opening and closing of the Conference.
- Keynote presentation.
- One page colour advertisement in the Conference final program/abstract volume.
- Technical session sponsorship including opportunity for a company representative to chair the session.
- Three complimentary Conference registrations.
- Company logo featured on the Conference satchel.
- Promotional material inside the Conference satchel.
Post Conference
- Access to the Conference delegate list.
- Company logo will continue to be featured on all post Conference material such as Conference reports.
- Website featuring company logo and link will remain active with Conference.
PowerPoint presentations and reports well after the event.
Major Sponsorship
Major Sponsorship will provide your organisation with an excellent level of exposure throughout the Conference.
Entitlements:

- Prominent logo placement on all promotional material including an advertisement in the final program and proceedings – the Major Sponsor is second only to the Conference logo in prominence of position.

Conference Proceedings
The Conference Proceedings will be used as a valuable reference document for delegates during and long after the Conference. The Conference Proceedings will be produced as an Abstract Volume/Program and USB contain full papers.
Entitlements:
- Recognition as a sponsor on all printed Conference material including the registration brochure and program.
- Recognition as a sponsor (with corporate logo) on the Conference website with a hyperlink to your homepage.
- Acknowledged verbally during the Conference program.
- Company name and logo included on the cover of the abstracts volume.
- Company logo printed on the USB stick or box.
- Company brochure to be inserted in delegate satchels.
- A suitable audio-visual clip or PDF document representing your company may be included on the USB.
Technical Sessions
Sponsorship of a Technical Session will entitle your company to considerable promotional opportunities and recognition.
Entitlements:
- Your company name and logo will be associated with the nominated session.
- Recognition as a sponsor on all printed Conference material including the registration brochure and program.
- Recognition as a sponsor (with corporate logo) on the Conference website with a hyperlink to your homepage.
- You will be invited to chair/co-chair the nominated session.
- Your company logo will be featured on the session room AV screen.
- Company brochure to be inserted in delegate satchels.
Official Conference Dinner

Sponsorship of the Official Conference Dinner provides benefits that are designed to provide maximum exposure for your company in terms of increased company identity, personal contact with delegates and other promotional opportunities.
Entitlements:
- Acknowledged as the sole Dinner Sponsor on all invitations and programs for the event.
- Signage featuring the company name and logo may be displayed in the dinner venue (signage to be supplied by the sponsor).
- Recognition as a Sponsor (with corporate logo) on all Conference material including the registration brochure and program.
- Recognition as a sponsor (with corporate logo) on the Conference website with a hyperlink to your homepage.
- Acknowledged verbally during the Conference program.
- Sponsors corporate logo will feature on the dinner menus.
- Acknowledged by the MC as the sole event sponsor of the dinner.
- Two complimentary Conference registrations.
- Two additional guest tickets to the dinner.
- Signage opportunities in the pre-dinner networking area (signage to be supplied by the sponsor).
- Opportunity for the sponsoring company’s CEO, Managing Director or representative to give a short address to dinner attendees/delegates.
- Opportunity to provide a sponsor-supplied gift for attendees.
- Promotional material inside the Conference satchels.

- Recognition as a Sponsor (with corporate logo) on all Conference material including the registration brochure and program.
- Recognition as a sponsor (with corporate logo) on the Conference website with a hyperlink to your homepage.
- Acknowledged verbally during the Conference program.
- Two complimentary invitations for company representatives to attend the Happy Hour.
- Opportunity for the sponsoring company’s CEO or Managing Director to give a short address.
- Opportunity to provide a sponsor-supplied gift for attendees/delegates.
- Company brochure to be inserted in delegate satchels.
Conference Lunches
Day 1 - Tuesday 17 August | Day 2 - Wednesday 18 August
This is an ideal opportunity for you to provide hospitality to all Conference delegates.
Entitlements:
- Acknowledgement in the Conference advertising material, brochures, program and proceedings.
- Corporate signage displayed during the lunch (sponsor supplied).
- Listed as lunch sponsor in the Conference program.
- Acknowledged as the lunch sponsor by the Chairperson at the session prior to and after the nominated break.
Conference Name Tags
This is an opportunity to have delegates wear your logo at all times during the Conference.
Entitlements:
- Recognition as a sponsor on all printed Conference material including the registration brochure and program.
- Corporate logo printed on the Conference name tags.
- Corporate logo printed on the Conference lanyards.
Conference Polo Shirts
This is an opportunity to have delegates wear your logo during the Conference. 100% cotton quality polo shirts will be produced in consultation with the sponsor.
Entitlements:
- Recognition as a sponsor on all printed Conference material including the registration brochure and program.
- Corporate logo printed on the Conference Polo Shirts.
- One complimentary registration.
Note Pads and Pens - SOLD
Your organisation is given the opportunity to provide note pads and pens displaying your corporate name and logo. The note pads and pens will be placed in the delegates’ satchels. This provides an opportunity to repeatedly promote your company name to the Conference delegates throughout the event.
Satchel Insert
We invite you to include an insert into the Conference satchels. This may be in the form of a corporate flyer or gift. Please note that providing a satchel insert only will not entitle you to be listed as a sponsor of this event.
