Pacrim Congress 2008 extends an invitation to all interested parties, to demonstrate their support for the industry by participating in one or more of the options as a sponsor and / or exhibitor, as outlined in the package.

Numerous levels of sponsorship opportunities are offered in this document to meet the wide range of technical, geographic and marketing objectives of the industry.

Organisations wishing to participate in the event are invited to contact the congress organisers to discuss other options they feel may be more suited to their individual marketing strategies, and which may not be outlined in this document.

Principal Sponsor

Entitlements:

• As an official Principal Sponsor your corporate logo will be featured on all printed Congress material including the registration brochure, program & proceedings.
  
• In recognition as a Principal Sponsor your corporate logo will be featured on the Congress website with a hyperlink to your organisations home page.
  
• Recognition as a Principal Sponsor (with corporate logo) on all Congress marketing leading up to the event.
  
• Acknowledged as a Principal Sponsor (with corporate logo) on Congress signage.
  
• Verbally acknowledged as a Principal Sponsor during the Opening and Closing Ceremonies and at regular intervals throughout the Congress

Additional Benefit: Corporate logo on delegate satchels

Your corporate logo will feature prominently on the Congress delegate satchels together with the Congress logo. Satchels will be distributed to all attending the Congress and used long after the event, providing your organisation with a high level of association with the 2008 event.

Major Sponsor

Technical Session Sponsor

Sponsorship of a Technical Session will entitle your company to considerable promotional opportunities and recognition including:

• Recognition as a sponsor (with corporate logo) on the Congress website with a hyperlink to your homepage.

Delegate List, Note Pads and Pens

The Delegate List is one of the most useful items from a Congress, and is frequently referred to by delegates, sponsors and exhibitors during and after the Congress. The list will contain contact details of
delegates. This Sponsor is also given the opportunity to provide notepads and pens displaying the corporate name and logo to each delegate. The notepads and pens will be placed in the satchels.

Entitlements:

• Company name and logo on the front cover of the delegate list.
  
• Ability to place complimentary note pads and pens in the satchels.
