Sponsorship of the Conference Welcome Function will present a networking opportunity during the early part of the Conference social activities, providing the sponsor with a wonderful opportunity to welcome all delegates.
Entitlements Include:
- Acknowledged as the Welcome Function Sponsor on all invitations and program for the event.
- Signage featuring the company name and logo may be displayed during the Welcome Function (signage to be supplied by the sponsor).
- Recognition as a Sponsor (with corporate logo) on all Conference materials including the registration brochure and program.
- Recognition as a sponsor (with corporate logo) on the Conference website with a hyperlink to your homepage.
- Acknowledged verbally during the Conference program.
- Acknowledged during the Welcome Function as the event sponsor.
- One complimentary Conference registration includes tickets to the Conference Dinner and Welcome Function.
- An additional two complimentary welcome function tickets for your VIP guests.
- Opportunity for the sponsoring company’s CEO or Managing Director to give a short address.
- Opportunity to provide a sponsor-supplied item to attendees.
- Company brochure to be inserted in delegate satchels.
Conference Technical Session Sponsor -

Sponsorship of a Conference Plenary Session will entitle your company to considerable
promotional opportunities and recognition including:
Entitlements Include:
- Your company name will be associated with the nominated session.
- Recognition as a sponsor on all printed Conference material including the registration brochure and program.
- Recognition as a sponsor (with corporate logo) on the Conference website with a hyperlink to your homepage.
- Your company logo will feature on the session room AV screen.
- One full complimentary conference registration.
- Company brochure to be inserted in delegate satchels.
Delegate List / Note Pads & Pens -
A$2,200 (including GST)
The Delegate List is one of the most useful items from a conference, and is frequently referred to by delegates, sponsors and exhibitors during and after the conference. The List will contain contact details of delegates, Sponsors and Exhibitors. This Sponsor is given the opportunity to provide notepads and pens displaying the corporate name and logo to each delegate. The notepads and pens will be placed in the satchels.
Entitlements Include:
- Company Name and Logo on the front cover of the list
- One complimentary registration to the Conference
- Opportunity to provide notepads and pens
Satchel Inserts - A$990 (including GST)
Your organisation is given the opportunity to include one A4 size insert/flyer (8 pages or less) into all conference satchels given to delegates. Additional flyers may be inserted by negotiation.
