Wednesday 22 September
9.00 am - 5.00 pm Conference & Exhibition
3.30 pm + Exhibitors dismantle & move out
6.00 pm + Exhibition contractors dismantle

Booth

Exhibitors will be provided with a 3m x 2m framelock system with walls covered in black Velcro receptive fabric. Your booth will contain:

  • Back & side walls
  • Fascia name board sign on all open sides
  • 1 x 4 amp power supply
  • 2 x 120 watt spotlights

Price

A 3m x 2m exhibition booth at the Gravity Gold 2010 Conference is available for A$3,300 (includes GST). The booth includes one complimentary conference registration and entitles the complimentary delegate to attend the technical sessions, one copy of the conference proceedings, morning and afternoon teas, lunches and Conference Dinner. You will be required to complete a registration form to take up this complimentary offer.

Exhibition Booth Staff

Additional exhibition booth staff are permitted to attend the exhibition and join the delegates for all breaks for $55.00 per person per day. Tickets to social functions are an additional cost under the category of guest. Please advise Event Management prior to the conference if additional staff will be assisting on your booth and an invoice will be arranged.

Additional Equipment

Additional equipment can be ordered through the Exhibition Contractor. Upon your booking, your details will be forwarded to the exhibition company and they will contact you directly. Alternatively please contact:

Coffee Breaks/Lunches

All coffee breaks and lunches will be served throughout the exhibition area.

Payment

All exhibitors are required to submit full payment with their booking. Please attach payment to your Exhibition Booking Form.

Cancellations

Cancellations must be by letter, facsimile or email only. Please refer to the attached ‘Exhibition Rules and Regulations’ and please note that no exceptions apply to these rules.
