Professional Employment and Remuneration

Survey Results – 2013

A cornerstone of this project was an AusIMM members’ survey – completed by nearly a quarter of our members – that provided robust data to draw upon in understanding members’ experiences. The results were striking and confirmed that minerals professionals were contending with considerable change.

Member Stories

AusIMM members' experiences are representative of the industry broadly: mine managers, geologists, executive recruiters, graduates and students. While their industry experiences are varied, they all spoke candidly to us in August 2013 of the critical challenges facing the sector.
